We offer the following appointment types:

• Complimentary 15 Minute Phone Call to Get to Know our Firm - perfect if you are are shopping around and not quite ready to design your estate plan with us. 
• Design meetings for clients ready to work on or update an estate plan - this meeting can be in person at our office, over Zoom or a phone call. 
• Review Phone Call for Past Clients who may need updates or changes.
• Trust and Estate Administration (Probate) Meetings if a loved one has passed away and you need help - these can be in-person or over Zoom. 

 Please note: To best serve our clients, we reserve Tuesdays for focused client work and internal matters throughout the firm.  

 Additionally, Scott Keifer reserves Fridays for focused work and is not available to meet with clients on Tuesdays or Fridays. However, we have four other attorneys able to meet with clients on Fridays. 

 Saturday appointments for estate planning are available once a month for clients whose work schedules do not allow them to meet with us during regular business hours. Please call our office at extension 0 for Saturday availability with Mark Winchester.  

Appointments can be completed remotely over the phone or Zoom and signings can be completed from your car in our parking lot. We are happy to accommodate our clients' unique needs.
